Our purpose is to raise funds to offer education and training that will lead to future employment, for women and men in our community that are not in the position to fund this themselves- be it due to homelessness and/or domestic violence.
We believe that this opportunity can give people in our community a new chance to earn money and regenerate their situation, which can be hard to escape.
In the coming months, we will be selecting a candidate from our community to become a certified Relaxation BMMT practitioner, undergoing their training through ABMMA. Once the candidate is fully qualified, he/she will have the skills and knowledge to choose to practice Relaxation sessions out of the Noosa Body Mechanics clinic or another location.
This mission is in collaboration with local massage, physio, and chiro clinics to help develop more work opportunities.
